Each Company or Organization will be presented a proposal unique to their size or needs. We do not wish cost to prevent your organization from engaging with His Chaplain For You . We make a commitment that we will serve you and your team with full dedication and seek the best for your personnel. We also believe that as you see employee turnover decrease, productivity increase and the health of workplace environment restored you will be generous with your support to His Chaplain For You . We can work with your organization individually on the financial arrangements depending on your unique needs and situation.

What is the process of working with His Chaplain For You?
We recognize the uniqueness of each company and will work according to the needs of your workplace. We begin with an initial appointment with the Human Resource Director or an Executive of the business. During the initial appointment, one of our ministers will discuss an individualized plan specific to the needs of your company and employees. At a consequent meeting or via email a developed plan will be submitted to the responsible party for approval.
How often does a chaplain come to the company?
In the course of working with your team we set up regular weekly or bi-weekly visits. We can also structure our relationship by appointment basis. The uniqueness of each environment and the scalability of our methods and approaches allow us to work according to your needs and preferences and at the same time provide the best care for your staff.
How much of an employee’s time will be taken up?
Typically our appointments last 1 hour or less. Participation in the program is completely voluntary. We will make ourselves available to address any of their needs and concerns as they express them to us. We will invest the time necessary to engage the person and to understand their feelings and needs.
