His Chaplain For You serves the entire community by offering a variety of Chaplain Services. Providing individuals, corporate and non-profit organizations with love, compassion, care and support.
Our Methodology:
His Chaplain For You does not make a promise to solve problems but rather we come alongside your employees to listen, support and encourage them as they deal with various challenges. We also point them to helpful resources and materials which can shed light on their particular issues. Furthermore, we are available on an ongoing basis to meet and dialogue with each person about their progress.
Our Team:
His Chaplain For You is a chaplaincy provider working in collaboration with various local churches, counseling ministries, seminaries and trained individuals. We are not contractually or financially obligated to any one denomination or religious group. We strive to care for people of all religions with love and compassion. As such we also do not represent any one religion or religious denomination. Our chaplains are trained in the vision and methodology of the organization.
Our History:
His Chaplain For You was started by Roy Gerber in Huntington Beach, California. Roy comes from an extensive business background and 20 years of experience including successfully starting and developing several companies. Roy’s expertise in business development, engineering, sales and customer service has given him a deeper understanding of the needs of the corporate world. However, in the last several years he had recognized that his passion lies in serving people, encouraging them with the love of Christ and mentoring them into spiritual and emotional wholeness. God’s call on his life led him to become an Ordained Minister, a Hope Force International Reservist, a Salvation Army Reservist and a Billy Graham Rapid Response Team Reservist. During these training programs and after hours of prayer, seeking God, and conversations with close friends and counselors he identified that God’s calling on his life is to become a Chaplain. Roy has been serving as camp advisor, foster kids counselor, small group leader, and therapy dog ministry facilitator at Mariners Church in Irvine, his home church since 1995.
A native of Switzerland, Roy, has extensive international experience and is equipped to serve people from various cultural and religious backgrounds. In addition to his business acumen, he led the Rotary club in Huntington Beach as President and continues to serve on the board of the West County Family YMCA.
What we believe:
We believe Jesus is the only begotten son of God, who came to earth as a man, died for our sins, and came back to life again. We believe all who in faith trust Him as their Lord and Savior to forgive their sins are part of the worldwide body of Christ.
